8 A.M. to 10 A.M.	Swap Meet, this will be early in the event as most will be participating in the test & tune. Parts will come in throughout the event. Buy, sell or trade.
10 A.M. to 5 P.M.	Test & Tune, this is a great way to get some seat time. The format is you line the cars up & go out one at a time for 5 laps. You can get back in line & go again, as many times as you can. Great way to get the car ready; or let friends, wives (or husbands), crew members a chance to try the car out. The track will open at 9 A.M. & the running will start promptly at 10. The gates will open at the top of each hour to let late arriving cars in.
6 P.M. to 7 P.M.	Pot Luck Dinner, bring a covered dish to share with others, always a lot of food & good times.
7 P.M. to ?	Bench Racing or you can usually find a party somewhere.

  Saturday, September 17th, 2005

8 A.M. to 4 P.M.	Swap Meet, things get rolling, bring your old stuff, get different stuff, might find something you really need.
12 P.M. to 2 P.M.	Fish & Chicken Fry, Gary Lafary's famous fish & chicken, plus some other goodies. There will be a $6 charge for this meal & tickets will be available at sign in. We will follow this with our 50/50 drawing & raffle. We have some great items this year, but are still looking for donations of items.
5 P.M to 10 P.M.	Vintage racing, gates open at 5 P.M. & racing starts at 7 P.M. Hot laps, heat races, Feature. We will try to run races in each class of cars. The more cars that we have the easier it is to keep classes separated.
Post Race	Hot dog roast at Paul Waters camper. This has been a big hit with much bench racing & other revelry. Rumor has it that we may have a band this year.

8 to 10 A.M.	Swap meet. Wrap up those deals that you have been working on for two days.
9 A.M.	General Meeting, get your ideas across, Will have election for those board members whose terms are up.
10 A.M. to 3 P.M.	Vintage Racing, Gates open at 10 A.M. racing at 12 P.M. same format as Saturday
